Femur Fractures
AUTOBAHN™ Trochanteric Nailing System
The AUTOBAHN™ Trochanteric Nailing System is designed to treat a variety of pertrochanteric femur fractures. The PRO Instrument Set and Distal Targeting System allow for an efficient and streamlined surgical workflow.
Targeted Anti-Rotation Wires
- Built-in targeting of wires for femoral head stabilization

The AUTOBAHN™ EVO Antegrade Nailing System includes implants and instruments that facilitate either the greater trochanter (GT) or piriformis fossa (PF) approach.
AUTOBAHN™ EVO Retrograde Nailing System
AUTOBAHN™ EVO Retrograde Nailing offers comprehensive implant and instrument options to address a variety of native and periprosthetic distal femur fractures. The system also features an add-on Locking Washer for added fixation.
ANTHEM™ Distal Femur Fracture System
The ANTHEM™ Distal Femur Fracture System offers anatomically contoured plates in a comprehensive set to treat a variety of distal femur fractures.
Implant Options
- The system features Broad and Narrow Lateral Locking Plates and a Medial Locking Plate with abundant fixation options. The lateral plates have dual kickstand screws to offer additional support to the medial condyle. Robust polyaxial locking screws allow for ±15° (30° cone) of angulation.
- Lateral plates feature 10° of external rotation to help fit the lateral condyle of the distal femur

The STRETTO™ Cable System is a low-profile cabling system designed for secure fracture fixation with minimized soft tissue disruption.

CAPTIVATE™ Headed Cannulated Screw System
CAPTIVATE™ Headed Cannulated Screws deliver intraoperative versatility and efficiency through ample implant options and shared instruments for paired screw sizes. Each set provides paired screw sizes: 2.5/3.0mm, 3.5/4.0mm, 4.5/5.5mm, and 6.5/7.5mm. CAPTIVATE™ screws are suitable for treatment of a wide variety of adult and pediatric applications.
