TRIVANCE™ features a contemporary metaphyseal-filling triple-tapered hip stem designed for compatibility with a variety of surgical approaches, including minimally invasive muscle-sparing approaches such as the direct anterior approach. A single set of instruments and broad range of implant sizes and options are engineered to streamline workflow, enhance intraoperative flexibility, and support biomechanical stability in varying patient anatomies.

One Broach – Press Fit and Cemented
A singular set of instruments, compatible with press-fit and cemented workflows, enables intraoperative flexibility, streamlines workflows, and reduces the OR footprint. Surgeons can seamlessly switch between press-fit and cemented stems without requiring additional instruments.
Engineered for Stability
Metaphyseal-filling triple-tapered geometry, proximal titanium plasma spray, hydroxyapatite coating, and optional medial collar are engineered to promote initial fixation as well as rotational and axial stability in press-fit stems.
Designed for Capability
TRIVANCE™ triple-tapered cemented stems are a taper-slip design capable of supporting multiple cementation techniques, accommodating line-to-line and traditional cement mantles. Matching stem size to final broach size facilitates line-to-line cementation, and downsizing the stem facilitates a traditional cement mantle.
