The BEACON® Stabilization System, with both medial locking connectors and laterally adjustable clamps, provides unmatched flexibility and comprehensiveness in a single posted screw system. Both types are preassembled and have a one-step locking mechanism that helps minimize construct assembly steps.

Posted Screws
Posted screws provide better access than top-loading screws and facilitate decortication after screw insertion.
Clamps and Connectors
Clamps offer up to 5mm of medial-lateral adjustability and connectors provide the ability to minimize the dorsal profile of the screw.
Rods
Available in both 5.5mm and 6.35mm diameters to accommodate various patient anatomies.
