Product Overview
The SECURE®-CR Cervical Artificial Disc is a unique total disc replacement combining motion-sparing technology with radiolucent PEEK material for improved postoperative clinical evaluation. The novel selectively constrained design permits sagittal plane translation to accommodate the instantaneous axis of rotation while allowing the facets to naturally guide motion. Available in various footprints, heights and sagittal profiles, SECURE-CR accommodates to varying patient anatomies. Streamlined instruments allow precise placement of the implant in three basic steps: Trial- Chisel- Insert.

Physiologic Motion
Permits anterior-posterior translation in addition to rotation to accommodate the natural center of rotation of the cervical spine through a novel, selectively constrained design.
