David C. Paul
Executive Chairman
David C. Paul has served as our Chief Executive Officer from our inception in 2003 until August 2017, when he transitioned into the role of Executive Chairman. Prior to founding Globus, Mr. Paul was employed at Synthes in various positions. Mr. Paul served as Director of Product Development for Synthes in his last position, where he was responsible for product development and marketing functions. Prior to Synthes, Mr. Paul worked as a Research Engineer in biomaterials research at Temple University. Mr. Paul is named inventor on approximately 225 patents and published applications.
Mr. Paul received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, and an M.S. in Computer Integrated Mechanical Engineering Systems from Temple University. Mr. Paul also serves on the Board of Free Flow Medical, an early stage medical device company and Cross Ventures, LLC, a real estate development company.
Keith Pfeil
President and Chief Executive Officer
Keith Pfeil has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since July 2025. Keith serves on our Board of Directors and is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, where he led the Company’s operations, finance, tax, pricing and contracts, internal audit, quality, information technology, investor relations, strategy and business development functions. In addition, he oversaw the Company’s biologics business unit—Bone Bank Allografts. Keith helped lead the Company’s acquisition of NuVasive and served on the Executive Steering Committee for the integration of the Globus Medical and NuVasive businesses.
Keith joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in August 2019 after more than 15 years at CSS Industries, Inc., a publicly traded consumer products company. At CSS, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that role, Keith served in various financial roles of increasing responsibility with focus areas including audit, business development, controllership, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and treasury. Prior to CSS Industries, he worked in the transaction advisory practice of Ernst & Young LLP, and prior to that, he worked in the assurance practices of KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.
Keith received a B.S. in accounting from Elizabethtown College and an Executive M.B.A. from Saint Joseph’s University.
Kyle Kline
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Kyle Kline has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since July 2025. Kyle previously served as our Senior Vice President of Finance and held roles of increasing responsibility in accounting and finance since joining the Company as Assistant Controller in May 2017. In his role as Senior Vice President of Finance, Kyle led the Company’s day-to-day accounting, finance, treasury, and tax functions. Kyle joined the Company after nearly 10 years at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, a multinational professional services network, in which he served in several leadership roles in Deloitte’s audit practice, most recently as Senior Manager. While at Deloitte, Kyle served both large multinational public companies and private equity-owned portfolio organizations, primarily in the life sciences and manufacturing industries. Kyle’s financial leadership experience includes financial planning and analysis, treasury, controllership, tax, and audit.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Bloomsburg University.
Kelly G. Huller, Esquire
Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary
Kelly Huller has been the General Counsel since December 2018.
Huller began her career at Globus in 2006 as its first in-house counsel when the Company had 200 employees and $50M in annual revenue with one business unit. Since then, she has led more than 10 mergers and acquisitions including the Company’s acquisition of NuVasive, Inc. in an all-stock deal valued at $3 billion. In her 19 years at Globus Medical, Huller has helped create a $2B+ musculoskeletal global technology company with five business units and more than 5,000 employees.
Huller leads the Company’s global legal department, overseeing its intellectual property, litigation and corporate legal functions supporting all regions and business units with responsibility for corporate and commercial transactions, employment law, risk management, corporate governance and securities matters.
Prior to joining Globus, Huller was a trial attorney at Conrad O’Brien (now Clark Hill) in Philadelphia, representing public and private entities and non-profit organizations in areas of commercial, employment, products liability, and malpractice matters. She also served on the Board of Directors for Chester County Futures, a non-profit organization providing comprehensive academic, mentoring and scholarship support for motivated economically disadvantaged youth.
Huller received a B.A from Pennsylvania State University and earned her J.D. degree from Temple University.
