    Once all required information listed above is on file, Meetings will initiate final review and approval of this exhibit request by collecting all necessary management approvals.


    Compliance review is required for all exhibit requests >$2,500* or any requests that require additional Compliance review to establish approval.

    *$2,500 is the industry’s fair market value for exhibit/booth space.
