  • MANAGEMENT REVIEW

    Prior to final approval of this exhibit request, Meetings will reach out and obtain the necessary approvals from your appropriate management teams as outlined below:

    US Spine / INR Requests will be reviewed by the appropriate Area Director/Regional Sales Manager and Zone Director/Zone Vice President.

    International Spine / INR Requests will be reviewed by the appropriate Managing Director and Vice President.

    Trauma Requests will be reviewed by the appropriate Area Director.

    Joint Replacement Requests will be reviewed by the appropriate Area Director and Vice President.

    Corporate Requests will be reviewed by the appropriate Director and Vice President.


  • COMPLIANCE REVIEW

    Compliance approval is required for all sponsorship levels >$2,500* or requests that require Compliance review.

    Once the necessary management approvals are on file, Meetings will reach out to obtain Compliance review and approval from Jeffrey Cohen, Chief Compliance Officer and Regulatory Counsel.

    *$2,500 is the industry’s fair market value for exhibit/booth space
