ALTERA^® is an articulating expandable TLIF spacer designed to maximize the potential for restoring lordosis and maintaining sagittal balance while minimizing the challenges of insertion. The spacer is inserted at a minimized height, articulated into anterior position, and expanded to optimize fit. ALTERA^® offers 8° and 15° lordotic implants to potentially aid in sagittal balance.

• Sagittal Balance Continuous implant expansion combined with controlled anterior placement may help to maximize segmental lordosis.
• Minimized Nerve Retraction Inserted at a minimized height to ease insertion and navigation around the neural elements.
• Optimal Placement and Autograft Delivery Integrated articulation provides steerable placement and allows for packing autograft into and around the spacer after expansion.
