Patient care has taken on new meaning, and our goal is to continue to operate with minimal interruptions to enable our customers to provide the best possible care. To support the ongoing fight against COVID-19, we have taken the following actions:

Protecting Our People

The health and safety of our employees around the world is our top priority. We have implemented the following protocols which are consistent with regional, CDC, and WHO guidelines:

  • Social Distancing, additional and staggered shifts, and provided additional PPE to essential on-site staff
  • Transitioned office-based employees to work from home
  • Continuous and increased sanitization of facilities
  • Suspension of all business travel and transitioned educational events to virtual format   

Ongoing Customer Support

On behalf of team Globus, we are forever grateful for the healthcare heroes who continue to battle the pandemic on the front lines. We are dedicated to ensuring our customers are able to treat patients in need with a continuous supply of our medical technology. At this time, our operations, manufacturing and supply chain are fully functioning, and have yielded a strong supply of inventory to service the increased demand when elective procedures begin again.  We are continuing to provide 24/7 support to our customers.
