REVERE®

REVERE® is a thoracolumbar stabilization system with a full range of polyaxial screws, rods, and connectors. The 5.5 mm rod system features a low-profile screw design for anatomic adaptability, and a non-threaded locking cap to prevent cross-threading. Optional T-connectors offer variable positioning to reduce profile or avoid dural contact. REVERE® provides convenience and ease of use in surgery, to treat a variety of posterior lumbar conditions with flexibility and simplicity.

H-LINK™

H-LINK™ is an integrated rod specifically designed for use in one level procedures. This one piece implant solves the problem of limited space for inserting a T-connector, specifically at L5-S1, while significantly improving the rigidity of the construct. H-LINK™ increases torsional mechanical strength three times that of a typical construct in which a T-connector could not be implanted. Due to the pre-assembled design, H-LINK™ reduces the number of operative steps and is extremely easy to use.

REVERE® Dual Outer Diameter Screws

REVERE® Dual Outer Diameter Screws are designed to optimize purchase for both cancellous and cortical bone. The nominal diameter at the distal end allows for deeper insertion into the sacrum without perforating the cortical walls while the large diameter portion maintains optimum purchase in cancellous bone. It is applicable for stabilization in thoracolumbar, sacral and iliac fixation.

  • High strength characteristics for lumbosacral loading
  • Multiple sizes to accommodate patient anatomy
  • Constant core diameter for optimal screw positioning

REVERE® Deformity

REVERE® Deformity System is a premier posterior stabilization system designed with multiple options to address complex, multi-level deformity cases and accomodate various patient anatomies. It is a 5.5mm rod-based system with a large implant selection, including low-profile monoaxial screws and hooks, available in both titanium and stainless steel.

  • Monoaxial Screws Low-profile with double lead threads for rapid insertion; top-loading design utilizing a non-threaded locking cap to capture the rod with a positive 90° rotation.
  • Hooks 37 different options to meet the needs of any procedure
  • Connectors Wide range of low-profile connectors, including parallel, offset and inline options

REVERE® Anterior Staple System

REVERE® Anterior Staple System is a dual rod staple system utilized in anterior deformity, trauma and tumor cases. It consists of rostral and caudal dual rod staples, single staples, cross connectors, washers and associated manual surgical instruments. This product may be used as an adjunct to corpectomy implants, such as XPand®. REVERE® monoaxial screws and rods are used to complete the construct and are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate individual patient anatomy.

REVERE® Reduction Screws

REVERE® Reduction Screw System includes both monoaxial and polyaxial reduction screws for reducing spondylolisthesis. The ±30° screw angulation (60° total) provides intraoperative flexibility. The extension tabs allow maximum rod reduction into the screw head. The screw features a blunt tip for bicortial purchase.

REVERE® Uniplanar Screws

The REVERE® Uniplanar Screw is a top-loading, low profile pedicle screw that restricts motion in the medial-lateral direction, making it hightly useful in deformity cases. Uniplanar screws are typically used on the convex side of the deformity to derotate the spine while allowing adjustment to the cranial-caudall position of the rod. The uniplanar screws are available in both standard and reduction options made from titanium alloy and stainless steel.

GATEWAY®

GATEWAY® is a lateral thoracolumbar system that combines the simplicity of a plate with the flexibility of a dual rod system. Its "open-door" capability for easy access to the corpectomy site, is unlike anything else on the market. This capability, combined with large graft windows, gives the surgeon total access to the corpectomy site. GATEWAY® utilizes user-friendly REVERE® screws and non-threaded locking caps, in addition to new double lead bone screws for faster insertion.

CITADEL®

CITADEL® is an anterior lumbar plate system that is simple to implant and ensures the strength and stability required in the lumbar and lumbosacral spine. The plate is uniquely designed to match the curvature of the sacrum, and is secured to the vertebral body with double lead thread bone screws. The locking set screw, which is integral to the plate, engages effortlessly and ensures protection from screw back-out. The system comes with a comprehensive range of implants and user-friendly instrumentation to minimize the challenges encountered in anterior lumbar fusion.

PROTEX®

PROTEX® is a posterior stabilization system with a full line of polyaxial screws, rods, and connectors.  The self-tapping polyaxial screws provide 30° angulation in all directions for maximum intra-operative flexibility.  A preassembled set screw in a non-threaded locking cap prevents cross-threading.  The set also includes a unique transconnector that can be manipulated in angular and medial-lateral directions for accurate placement and reduced dural contact.

  • Non-threaded locking cap
  • ±30° angulation in all planes
  • Low profile, top-loading screw design provides optimal fit
  • Cannulated screw allows insertion over k-wire

PROTEX® Deformity

PROTEX® Deformity is a posterior stabilization system with a full line of monoaxial screws, rods, hooks, and connectors.  The self-tapping screws are low-profile and cannulated.  Hooks are available in a variety of offerings to meet varying anatomical needs. A preassembled set screw in a non-threaded locking cap prevents cross-threading.

  • Non-threaded locking cap
  • Low profile, top-loading screw and hook design
  • Cannulated screw allows insertion over k-wire
  • Also available in solid screws
