ELLIPSE™ Posterior Occipito-Cervico-Thoracic Stabilization System

The ELLIPSE™ System is a comprehensive, easy-to-use solution for the toughest of cases. The implants are designed to eliminate the fiddle factor associated with posterior OCT fusion for easier construct assembly. A wide range of instruments, including flexible and jointed occipital instruments, assist in swift installations of the implants. Each of the features below are the compliments of "A New Revolution in OCT Surgery."

  • ElliptiClick™
    Drop, Click & Lock
Rod retention feature retains the rod within the screw head to stabilize the construct.
  • Non-Threaded Locking Cap
Robust design that eliminates cross threading and directs set screw forces axially against the rod, unlike threaded systems which direct forces radially against the screw head.
  • Novel Instrumentation
Refined instrumentation from an easy-release screwdriver, to the flexible, jointed and angled occipital instrumentation, ensures smooth construct assembly.

VIP™ (Vertical In-Line Plate)

The VIP™ plating system is the low impact ACDF solution.

The plates' narrow width allows for a small, button-hole incision and less retraction compared to standard ACDF plating solutions. A larger diameter screw and single continuous bone interface ridge provides secure stabilization while achieving the fundamental purpose of the plate which is to secure the bone graft.

  • Low Impact ACDF: Narrow, 10mm width may be inserted through a small incision and require less retraction
  • Less time spent in the operating room: One screw per level and easy-to-use instrumentation
  • Construct Stability: A single continuous bone interface ridge and larger diameter screws (4.6mm & 5.1mm)

PROVIDENCE™

PROVIDENCE™ is an anterior cervical plating system with a unique integrated blocking set screw that provides audible, tactile and visual confirmation of blocking mechanism engagement.  In addition, the large graft windows provide visualization of graft placement and fusion status. These features make PROVIDENCE™ visibly better than the competition.

  • Integrated blocking set screw provides audible, tactile and visual confirmation
  • Intuitive instrumentation facilitates a streamlined procedure
  • Comprehensive implant range to accommodate patient anatomy and surgeon preference

ASSURE®

ASSURE® is an anterior cervical plating system with a unique one-step automatic blocking design.  The low-profile plate is available for one to four levels in varying lengths. The plates are secured by screws that can be inserted at any angle (+/- 18°), available in self-tapping and self-drilling designs and rigid and variable configurations.

  • One-step locking
  • Low profile
  • Multiple constructs in one system (rigid, variable, translational and hybrid)

ASSURE®T

ASSURE®T optimizes load-sharing by maintaining endplate contact to promote fusion. The ASSURE®T anterior cervical plating system has a unique one-step automatic blocking design. The low-profile plate is available from one to four levels with varying lengths. The plates are secured with variable angulation screws available in self-tapping and self-drilling designs.

  • One-step locking
  • 1.5mm translation per level
  • Translational/Hybrid system

PROTEX® CT

PROTEX®CT is an Occipito-Cervico-Thoracic Stabilization System with a full line of hooks, polyaxial screws, rods, connectors, and occipital clamps and screws. The self-tapping polyaxial screws provide 40° angulation in all directions for maximum intra-operative flexibility. A preassembled set screw in a non-threaded locking cap prevents cross-threading. The unique occipital clamps provide a low-profile alternative to plating, require minimal bending and allow optimal occipital screw placement.

  • Non-threaded locking cap
  • ±40° angulation in all planes
  • Low profile occipital fixation
