Spine Technology Leader Rapidly Expanding Sales Coverage
June 8, 2007 – AUDUBON, PA, USA Globus Medical, Inc., the largest privately-held spinal implant manufacturer in the world, announced today that it has significantly expanded its sales and distribution footprint in 2007 by hiring several highly experienced sales professionals in key U.S. markets.

Globus Medical announced a spate of additions in 2007 including: Richard Holifield, Chattanooga, Tn., a six-year veteran in spine, most recently with Synthes Spine; Brian McQuaig, Northeast Florida, also with six years of spine sales experience, most recently with Medtronic Sofamor Danek (MSD); Steve Anthony, Dallas, Tx., nine years of experience, from J&J DePuy; Jim Poynton, Chicago, Il., six years, from MSD; Jim Pauwels, Indiana, nine years, from Orthovita/MSD; Rex Ledbetter, Indiana, seven years, from Orthovita/Synthes; Mike Reeder, Cincinnati, Oh., three years, from Synthes; John Doherty, Stamford, Ct., eight years, from MSD; John Dowling, Hartford, Ct., five years, MSD; Mark Aronow, Southeast Florida, six years, Synthes; Doug Sarmousakis, Southwest Florida, seven years, Kyphon/Synthes; and Josh Heath, Huntsville, Al., six years, Synthes.
